Brother you are definitely not alone! I read somewhere that 'Negligence is an extreme thing'. This is especially true when time is pressing - which, for believers, it always is! What to do? I fall back on the words of the publican sinner, 'God be merciful to me a sinner!', a prayer said throughout the millenia and OFTEN said even today. In this prayer, you get PRAYER, SCRIPTURE and the work starts as soon as the grace of God is resting deeply, powerfully, profoundly in one's heart - the work of love, bringing God's love to everything we do and everyone we meet. God bless you brother and thanks for your thoughts that both convict and convert. Your brother and servant in Christ, brother Joseph, SFO
